Certificates, diplomas and licences
A wall of framed certificates is one of the oldest devices in dental marketing, and it works because almost nobody reads them. These are photographed in full, at a size you can actually read, with the awarding body and the date on every one.
Two things are worth knowing before you scroll. First, these documents are not all the same kind of thing: a five-year university degree and a two-day product course both produce a certificate, and only one of them is a qualification. Each item below is labelled for what it actually is — degree, licence, membership, congress or course — so you can weigh them yourself instead of counting frames.
Second, a course certificate is still worth something. It shows what a dentist chose to go and learn, and when. A list that runs from 2013 to 2023 says something a single diploma cannot.
The clinic
Treating patients who travel from abroad is a licensed activity in Türkiye, not something a clinic may simply decide to advertise. This is the authorisation, and its number is on it.
