This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it.
Who is responsible

What data we collect
Data you send us. When you use the contact form or write to us by WhatsApp or e-mail, we receive the information you provide: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, country, the treatment you are interested in, and anything you describe in your message — which may include health information such as photographs of your teeth or radiographs. You choose what to send.
Server data. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, including IP address, browser type, date and time. This is used for security and for keeping the site running, and is deleted on the provider\'s standard schedule.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own server, so no request is made to Google when you load a page.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a treatment plan (performance of a contract or steps prior to it), and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest). Health data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to send it and by ticking the consent box on the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Who has access
Your data is seen by the clinic\'s patient coordination and, where clinically relevant, by the treating dentist. It is stored on our hosting provider\'s servers. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers or agencies. Messages sent through WhatsApp are additionally subject to WhatsApp\'s own privacy terms, which we do not control.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer it and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us. Where you become a patient, clinical records are retained for the period required by Turkish healthcare law.
Your rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, request a copy in portable form, or withdraw consent. Write to info@clinova.com.tr and we will respond. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published on this page.
